In December 2016, HB 410, which changed Ohio's school discipline and truancy laws, was passed with broad bipartisan support in the Ohio legislature and signed by Governor Kasich.  The changes in HB 410 begin to go into effect starting on April 6, 2017 and continue through the 2017-2018 school year.This page will compile resources to implement HB 410 and will be updated as developments occur.  If you have any questions, please contact JJC at 614-400-5548 or info@jjohio.org.
